Project 1


Our client was an Australian operation with over 200 locations across the Country. Based on a long history of supplying trade customers, its focus had been shifted to a retail based model that led to the business experiencing a reduction in sales and profit.


An 18 month back to basics turnaround philosophy delivered an additional 25 locations, revert to a trade focused business and return to profitability.

Project 2
 

Our client had an ambition to merge with a number of local GP Practices. GP's are not experienced business people, they are clinical, but they recognised that the long term sustainability meant they had to change. 

 

We developed the merger model, implemented the formal process of TUPE and registration leading to the service growing and supporting over 160,000 patients

Project 3


Our client is a successful online retailer. Based in the USA, the operation wanted to expand its products into the UK market. 


We established a JV agreement with a wholesale distributor, supported the recruitment of new staff and worked across the pond to integrate the systems and software, ensuring a smooth transition and launch.

Project 4

 

Our client had a successful engineering business based in the Midlands. Family owned, the Directors had come to the decision to sell, but did not have the experience or the time to ensure they gained maximum good will for the sale.

 

We developed and implemented a 24 month exit strategy, maximised sales and profit, sourced and secured three potential buyers, including management, and oversaw a successful sale.

Project 5

 

Our client had a successful career for over twenty years but always felt something was missing. Wanting to establish their own business in the service sector, We supported them with the initial business plan, logo, website, company registration and funding. Two years on and the business has a turnover of £320,000 and employs three people.
